Shipping & Returns
We ship most domestic orders 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Packages are shipped via USPS First class, which usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our studio. For expedited shipping, please contact us and we'll be happy to accommodate you! In some cases where shipping is within 5 miles of our studio, we may hand deliver your order.
We do not currently offer international shipping and reserve the right to cancel any international orders (with full refund).
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Does your candle have blemishes or imperfections?
Providence Candle Co. prides itself on happy customers, which is why each and every one of our candles is inspected for quality before it ships. As our candles are hand-poured and contain natural soy wax, some candles may appear to have a frosty or imperfect surface. We do our best to minimize any blemishes, but if you're the recipient of an 'imperfect' candle, we hope that you can see the imperfections a result of the handmade nature of our goods. If you are unhappy with the appearance of your candle, please email us at providencecandleco [at] gmail [dot] com with your order number and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution!
Was your candle damaged in shipping?
We do our best to package candles safely for their journey, but we never know what happens when it leaves our hands! If your package was damaged during shipping, please email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of arrival and we'll be happy to replace or refund the damaged goods.
